Our crews work with a sense of ownership, collaborating with you as part of your team to achieve your vision. We seek to learn who is engaged in the project, facilitate the other trades involved (electrical, IT, rigging, etc.) as much as possible, communicate with the general contractor as needed, and work with the freight handlers to manage crate delivery, storage, and retrieval.

Initial Consultation
The Consultation step establishes a foundation of open communication as we learn of your vision, goals, needs, and expectations for your project. We in turn educate you about our services and partnership approach. This exchange lays the groundwork to collaborate as a team.
Collaboration
During the Collaboration step, we work with you to get a complete set of details of the design and plan, including materials, equipment, graphics, logistics, and more. This enables us to identify and present our approach to the project and recommend possible solutions to bring your vision to reality within budget and on schedule.
Execution
The Execution step is all about making it happen. We coordinate all aspects of a project, maintaining communication throughout the effort to ensure everyone is on the same page, in order to carry out the smoothest possible installation. You can focus on the event itself, knowing that we have your back every step of the way.
Ongoing Support
Our partnership persists beyond the project. We conduct a collaborative debrief to evaluate successes and challenges, both to improve our services and to prepare for your future projects based on insights gained.
