About Us
Building Partnerships, Exceeding Expectations
AllStar Exhibits
Who We Are
AllStar Exhibits is a national provider of labor, management, and local support for trade shows, experiential and marketing events, and exhibit environments.
With a customer-service-first culture and proven pre-project and installation processes, our focus is on building a partnership, exceeding your expectations, and bringing your vision to life.
We’ve spent years building and managing exhibits nationwide. Our crews have great depth of on-site experience with handling every aspect of an exhibit build from start to finish.
Hidden Fees:
We provide an estimate for every project we do, which includes a thorough, transparent breakdown of our field and billing guidelines. Our invoices have no surprises.
Understaffed Crews:
Our goal is not to capture as many projects as we can, it is to accept what our capacity can realistically and successfully handle. There is no good that can come from not being able to have sufficient crew to do a project. If we can’t fully support a project, we will be transparent about what are able to accommodate and what we are not.
Underqualified Workers:
We staff our crews based on performance and experience, not seniority, tenure, or body count.
Insufficient Tools and Supplies Onsite:
Any special or unique items needed that wouldn’t ordinarily be in our onsite inventory can be acquired as needed. Otherwise, we strive to be as prepared with all the standard items necessary for an installation or a dismantle.
Untimely Return After Breaks:
Work must continue without lag time and overextended breaks. Our lead on every project ensures the timely return of crew from breaks to get back to work.
Wasted Down Time:
For time before breaks that isn’t sufficient to begin a new part of the project, we organize the work area and tidy up to prepare for an orderly and expeditious return to work.
Messy Work Area:
Cleanup of the work site at the end of the day sets up the next in an organized fashion; stacking the ladders, patching the poly, and picking up the trash.
Undermanaged Crew:
AllStar leads work with our clients to identify a timeline of completion, which establishes the pace at which productivity must run to get the project done on time. Our leads also seek feedback from our clients regularly about how the project is progressing, plus the crew’s performance and results. In the case you aren’t able to have your own management present onsite, any of our team of seasoned supervisors can run your project as if they were on your payroll, looking out for everything your lead would ordinarily manage, from start to finish.

What You Don’t Get
We understand the challenges our clients can potentially face with an I&D service.
We call these "pain points", and they can easily be prevented:

Our Approach
Our goal before an installation even begins is to minimize the unknowns. From the very onset of our involvement, we learn as much as we can about all the details involving a project: from logistics, layout, blueprints, show services, and how the effort should be approached. So, when day one of the installation arrives, we are as prepared as we can be to get it in right and get it done on time.
Our approach involves consulting with you to - first and foremost - understand your vision. From there, we collaborate with you to identify specific needs and an effective game plan to execute as efficiently as possible. There are so many challenges that can reveal themselves as any project progresses, and that preparation makes all the difference.
We would rather overcommunicate, seeking to get the layout specifications and plans in our hands ahead of time, knowing who we’re working with onsite before they arrive, and being prepared with all the tools necessary to enable a smooth and successful installation.
Time is money, and obstacles increase cost. With our preparation for the challenges that can come with the territory, our experience serves to overcome them. We anticipate the unexpected and adapt. It’s simply a reality of how projects can go. The key is how your I&D crew handles it… works through it… conquers it.
This is AllStar Exhibits’ philosophy, and the way we approach the part we play.
